1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your WahFlix subscription at any time.

  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

To cancel your subscription, use the account settings in the app or contact us at info@wahflix.in.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only in the following situations:

Eligible Cases

  • Duplicate or accidental billing due to a technical issue

  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 7 days of the charge

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with content

  • Failure to use the service after subscribing

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Free Trials

If WahFlix offers a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No refunds will be provided for charges made after the trial expires.


5. Changes to This Policy

Zrow Solutions may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of WahFlix after changes means you accept the updated policy.
